New Edition of the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code: Canam-Bridges to Take Part in the Training Tour

Canam-Bridges will accompany the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE) in the capacity of partner sponsor as the society tours various Canadian cities to conduct seminars discussing the new edition of the Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code. Aimed at civil engineering professionals, the seminars will present and explain the major revisions made to four main sections of the code.

Project Development Manager Jean Fournier, Eng. will make a brief presentation of Canam-Bridges at the start of each seminar, which are slated to take place on May 12-13, 2015 in Vancouver, British Columbia and Edmonton, Alberta. Canam-Bridges will also be present at two other seminars that are scheduled this fall in Quebec and the Maritimes.

Founded in 1887 by eminent Canadian civil engineers, the CSCE is a learned society created to develop and maintain high standards of civil engineering practice in Canada and to enhance the public image of the civil engineering profession.
